_twExplode( nT, nL, nB, nR, nAttr, nFiller, nTLChar, nTChar,
nTRChar, nRChar, nBRChar, nBChar, nBLChar, nLChar )

Display a region on the screen in a given colour with a given
frame. This function is used by twOpen() and DOES NOT update the
window stack. It simply clears a screen region and puts a frame
around it. It is equivalent to:
@ 5, 5, 15, 75 BOX "+-+|+-+|" in Clipper.
Arguments:
nT, nL
nB, nR - 'N' Screen coordinates.
nAttr - 'N' DOS Colour attribute.
nFiller - 'N' ASCII Filler character number

nRChar |- 'N' ASCII Frame Character Numbers as for
nBRChar | a Clipper box frame.
